    Found a new recipe for banana nut bread with a new ingredient I never thought of using...sour cream! Its excellent!

    Oh come on now...you all don't eat out every meal. So what did you make to eat today?

    I fried up some bologna and onions with rye bread for dinner.

    I made some pollo con crema. Sautéed some sliced raw jalapeño and onion, then put in Mexican cheese dip with crema and mixed and reduced, and poured over some chicken. Put it in a low carb tortilla with red salsa and sour cream.

    For supper last night we had shrimp, bell pepper, and onion tacos. For lunch I took some cauliflower rice and dumped the shrimp mix on top. delicious!
