Did she ever say where the new one was and how much it cost?
Well now, she probably shouldn't have made a video if she was illegal on the lease.
This time she bought an apartment:
...By living in such a small space, Cohen was able to save enough money to buy roomier digs — a 490-square-foot apartment — in the same neighborhood for under $300,000.

OK, now I think I could actually deal with that ^ one, if I absolutely had no other options...
Although the lack of a "kitchenette" and having to share a bathroom with 3 other people would be quite a challenge for me - Especially since I prefer "home-cooked" food over eating out, and I lurve to take a long, soaking bubble bath a few times a week.
However, his organization is amazing - As a "certified" neat freak, I admire his closet system and the under-bed storage is brilliant - The big mirror made the space appear larger too.
The window seemed to provide plenty of light and I noticed an A/C unit, so I guess it doesn't get too "stuffy" up there.
I wonder how much he pays in rent?
The lack of my own bathroom let alone any running water, nope, wouldn't even consider it.
I found an article about him and his rent is $800 but that article also included pics of his prior 96 sq ft apartment which had a better setup, he even had a little kitchenette there:
