I voted for no stinkin sleep but I'm really a day sleeper.

Even though I'm retired, I'm usually up between 7:00 and 7:30 AM every day, so I start nodding around 10:00 PM, and it's hard for me to stay awake past 11:00 PM.

I have a few friends (my age) who say they take naps, but I just can't sleep in the daytime - It has to be pitch black in the room for me to fall asleep.

Sometimes it is hard to get to sleep in the daylight and sometimes not. I have been known to fold a dark hand towel or wash cloth and put it across my eyes. I guess I need to make a sleep mask.

Mrs fuego can lie down anywhere and any time and take a nap. That woman can fall asleep at the drop of a hat! It may have something to do with being a nurse and working 3 12 hour night shifts a week though. :)

Most of the time I can go to sleep easily, but I get restless leg "all over" now and then. In that case I usually stay up.
