I use Almond Milk...
On my cereal and for cooking (except it doesn't work when trying to make instant pudding)
I used Soy Milk a few years ago, until I heard some disturbing things about it...

I buy 2%, though the "diet" community would suggest skim. We drink it daily, cook with it and use it on cereal. I will consider going to whole milk.

From cows...
Can you imagine way back when man was first created?... was it Adam or one of his sons that saw a cow and said... "tell ya what, lets pull on these thingys under here and drink whatever comes out!"

I don't drink milk, never have. Didn't even like it as a kid.
I WILL buy milk for things that need milk to turn out right, like pudding.
We use almond "milk" on cereal and hubby uses 18% cream in his coffee.
But I only eat cereal occasionally. Rog eats it several times a month.
From what I've read, there are only a small handful of almonds in a carton of almond milk substitute... It's really not that healthy for us... it would be better to just eat a handful of raw organic almonds every day.

My MIL used to milk goats. They also milked their own cows. My parents had milk cows. I can still remember the old cream separator in the kitchen and shipping the cream to the creamery .... the "cream cheque" was an important part of the farm income, back in the day.
