Thread: Meet Murphy

    Meet Murphy

When we moved back to our home in Boyne after a testy 2 year mission, my wife fell in love with GoldenDoodles. We first saw a standard size at a beach last July and really found the temperament pleasant. Then, about a month later found a pastor couple that breeds them and the rest is just a little furball of fun. This is Murphy, the mini-GoldenDoodle also know as Cujo.

He has hair like a poodle so Vicki wont have problems with allergies. It's fun watching him learn things. Very intelligent, loyal and much more mellow than a toy poodle.

Wow... I didn't think they'd be that small considering part of them is golden retriever.

Our pastor friends down there do the breeding. Very interesting mix. Strange but to think as a young child we had a poodle/sheepdog mix and back then was free come and get it. Now? Hundreds and thousands. About 7 years ago it was all about labradoodles. Anyways, this little guy is a hoot. Very well mannered without the irritating little poodle napoleon syndrome.
