Seems like we've discussed this before, maybe FB and TT had some posts on it. Has anybody read this set? Is it any good?

I read alot about Branham many years ago but haven't come across this.
The first time I had heard his name was when a fellow Bible College student gave me a photocopy article about his ministry and I was fascinated how God used him.
Yeah, if you Google, it's called "Supernatural: The Life of William Branham" by Owen A. Jorgensen. 5 book set. I found this blurb on it at a site by an obvious 'non-believer'. lol.
Supernatural: The Life of William Branham is a six volume fictionalized biography of William Branham. It would be better described as hagiography.
The author is a dedicated member of the Branhamite sect and, as a result, is incapable of examining the life of his prophet critically. Jorgensen effectively takes William Branham's word as gospel and does not perform any critical analysis of William Branham's life and ministry.
Here is the entire 5 book set in audio form on Youtube. Each chapter through all 5 books is read in succession.

This is the first I've heard of it. I used to own the book by Lindsay, "A Man Sent By God" which was fascinating.
It is well documented on this site of the miraculous miracles that Rev. Branham operated in.
William Marrion Branham's supernatural, miraculous and prophetic vindication
I'm not too familiar though with what he taught and preached.
I think Mr. Branham is on some the heresy hunters hit lists.
But that does not make him a heretic.
Like I said, not exactly sure what he taught, so I will have to do some research on the man.
If you put God First, you have Him at Last.
I just don't get what it is that is so interesting about William Branham, given the heresies that he believed in. I mean, I've read some short biographies about him but why not focus on others that had similar miracles and far better doctrine ?
You have to consider the testimony of those who had been to his meetings and had also seen other ministries. Those people saw a difference
His gift of word of knowledge was so accurate and precise that no one had seen anything like it.
Other evangelists had miracles but he had a greater success rate in his early years
The bio written by Gordan Lindsay is good. The books written by him are full of junk, and are not worth the time it takes to read them.
I got several from a follower several years ago. They are sitting on a shelf gathering dust. Same story with some cassette tapes; they are gathering dust.
I wonder, though, about the prophecy of LA falling into the sea....
