Once a ministry expands (grows) over the years, it really would be impractical for the World Changers and KCM founders to travel by commercial airlines like the rest of us. Of coarse, there is always a band of heresy hunters lurking around to criticize such a purchase (jet) for a ministries needs.

I prefer to look at individual cases, before rendering an opinion:
1 - Jentezen Franklin was taking a private jet from an airport nearby Gainesville church to make it in time to his 4PM service in Orange County, CA. No way he would have made it if he had to take the 1 hour+ drive just to get to ATL airport.
2 - Guillermo Maldonado - Some businessmen in his church got together some funds and bought/gifted him a charter jet for ministry use. If that want to do it, let them. Its not my business - as far as I know, it is being put to good use, as he travels extensively for ministry (Leisurely use only I would have a problem with if that were known).

Lester Sumrall was alive, he purchased a large commercial jet to deliver life saving food and water to drought stricken areas in 3rd world countries.
I'm not sure why Rev. Dollar or bro. Copeland would require jets for their ministries. It's really none of my business. It's between them and God. Besides, if God blesses theses ministries with jets, it must be for a reason Colonel.

I really don't even get the objection in the first place.
God is El Shaddai, not El Cheapo.
Why should the Church be wholly dependent on the world for transportation in preaching the Gospel?
We are to redeem the time.
We should shine as lights, being blessed by God, holding forth the Word of Life in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation.
.
This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity (futility) of their mind, having the understanding darkened...
(Ephesians 4:17-18)
Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly...
(Psalm 1)
