Most of what I've seen of Bolz is calling out names, ages, addresses ... etc. Stuff you can find on people through social media. Then he gives them a nice word of encouragement. I'd have to see more than that to accept him as legit.
Ezekiel 33 (07-30-2018), FireBrand (07-19-2018)
This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity (futility) of their mind, having the understanding darkened...
(Ephesians 4:17-18)
Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly...
(Psalm 1)

Depends on one's definition of excess.
Ephesians 3:20-21
(20) Now unto Him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,
(21) Unto Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.
Malachi 3:10-12
(10) Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in Mine house, and prove Me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.
(11) And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field, saith the LORD of hosts.
(12) And all nations shall call you blessed: for ye shall be a delightsome land, saith the LORD of hosts.

Well, how about confirming something that the person has been thinking or praying about, or rebuking them for wrong attitudes, or as was the case with me, bringing comfort after I lost my mother by speaking about things that I hadn't told anybody. Howard Carter wrote down the exact words that Lester Sumrall would say to him when they met months before it happened. Kenneth Hagin gave Gordon Lindsay a prophecy about the death of William Branham nearly two years before it happened. That's a lot different than just calling out "is there a guy here named Joe Taylor who lives in Cincinnati?"
1 Tim 6:6 Now godliness with contentment is great gain.
7 For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out.
8 And having food and clothing, with these we shall be content
2 Cor 9:8 And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work.
Here's one of those prophecies where Shawn Bolz calls out someone, lists details (including the address where someone grew up). Did he find all that on social media including that they would attend that meeting ? It's conceivable but doesn't seem very likely.
