Thread: And now for something completely different--Gold dust, feathers and other manifestations

Joshua Mills. He is still experiencing the manifesting of gold dust. Back in ‘07 we went to a conference in Toronto at TACF where Johua was a keynote speaker. After worship he took the platform to minister. I had a small set of binocs to watch and sure enough within the first 5 minutes he was covered with it.

Agreed. Most mainline Pente denominations are hybrid versions of the postmodern Church now. They all want to be like Elevation Church & church of the Highlands.

Services are extremely structured and geared towards career oriented people who want 45min services and most of their free time for recreation. IMO, much of Pentecost is a shell of what it once was.

I think a lot of pastors want to control the spirit. They live in fear instead of following God.

    I long for the supernatural.

Joshua Mills speaks on Sunday at the Campmeetings I'm going to.

I no longer expect the move of the Holy Spirit from the pulpit....I have believed for the past years the next wave will come from the pew, not the pulpit...and only when God's people get desperate enough to pay the price....
My intuitive belief....not intended to discredit any leaders or their walk with the Lord....

Many pastors only want the supernatural to fit in with their schedule and that their church grows numerically but as long as they stay in charge.
