He hit in north Boulder this week as a 15-year-old girl was walking on the sidewalk when Jack ran from behind a tree and cut off a large portion of her hair, then ran away again. He deposited the money in a Greeley bank.

The Sligo Lumber Yard has been held up and robbed for the third time in the past few months. The owner, Mr. Gronstein, is seriously thinking of hiring an armed guard for the shop.

The Goodman & Neill Clothing Co. is having "Greeley's Greatest Underwear Sale" for men. Men's and boy's union underwear suits can be purchased for half the usual price. "Buy your underwear needs now; your purchase keeps America employed."

A New Raymer man was arrested for possession of liquor this week. He was on his farm when he saw the deputies coming, and began smashing the bottles to destroy any evidence. However, the deputies found one pint bottle of booze that he missed. He was arrested and booked into the Weld County Jail.
