Fat boy oughtta lose some weight!

I wouldn't want to sit by the fat guy either... make him buy two seats, which is what some airlines does because it is more fair.

Sorry, but I don't think others should have to suffer cause the guy cannot control his appetite and cannot fit in the seat!

See, being fat is not a race... so those that disagree cannot be called racists.

But, they'll be next. They'll find a fat gene and all fat folks will be their own race

The Bible has a term for that, it's called "the carnal nature". If they could dig up a gene for that then I'm sure they would use that as an excuse and tell themselves they are "born this way" and then stuff their faces all day long.

There are many factors behind being overweight, maybe not a gene, but definitely emotional issues.

The only difference between being overweight and say... porn addiction, is that the weight shows on the outside.

You guys need to get a grip and stop judging what you see and have some compassion and mercy.

Well, this is difficult. I don't want people to be humiliated, but if I paid for a seat, I want my entire seat. I wouldn't want someone to "spill over" into my seat. I think the solution would be to have "Premium seating" Wider seats, that cost more, but would be comfortable for bigger passengers.
