It is widely accepted within current charismatic circles that New Testament prophets (in this case prophetess) can err and are not subject to the tests given in Deuteronomy 13 and 18. Thus the failure of a prophetic word does not disqualify the speaker as a true prophet of God. Of coarse, this belief that a true prophet of God can give errant prophecies is a serious problem. With that, it is my opinion that the speaker in "Oz's" video is a false prophet and a charlatan, much less a true prophet. Her words are a fabrication from her own carnal reasoning combined with what she's heard others say. In conclusion, despite the popularity of the theory that a prophet of God can "miss it" and remain a true prophet of God, can't be found in Scripture.
There is an immediacy to the prophetic word that is to protect it from being corrupted by the prophet himself. According Deuteronomy 18, a prophet who gives a prophetic word that fails to come to pass is a false prophet. Period! Leaders within charismatic ministries that allow words from fallible prophets place a stumbling block in the way of those seeking to be obedient to the voice of the Lord. It is critical that we follow the biblical admonition to test the prophets.
If you put God First, you have Him at Last.

Remember it was Todd Friel and some other guy that called Dr. Brown 'dangerous' and Dr Brown did a video on it.

That's a bit harsh Smitty, expecting the Church to live up to Biblical standards.

The Bible tells us what God thinks about His very words. Any responsible look at a single Christian belief should be based on what God says about that subject in His word. Therefore, to disbelieve or disobey them is to disbelieve or disobey God Himself.
"Thus says the Lord" appears approximately 500 times in the Pentateuch and more than 1200 times in the prophets.
The phrase, understood to be like the command of a king, indicated that what followed was to be obeyed without challenge or question.
If God claims that the words of Scripture are His own, then there is ultimately no higher authority one can appeal to for proof of this claim than Scripture itself. For what authority could be higher than God? So, Scripture ultimately gains its authority from itself. Scripture is more than simply truth; it is truth itself (Jn 17:17).
Gods word is the final measure by which all supposed truth is to be gauged. So, the bottom line is that which doesn't conform to Scripture is not true.
To disbelieve God's word is to place yourself as a higher authority with a deeper, more developed understanding on a topic or topics than God Himself.
That is not to say a Christian cannot have some difficulty in understanding what the Bible is saying. A proper understanding of Scripture is often more of a result of an individual's spiritual condition (growth) than his or her intellectual ability. But unfortunately, there are those who have greatly misunderstood the Scriptures which in turn have led to false teaching and outright heresy.
When individual's disagree on the proper interpretation of a passage of Scripture, the problem does not lie with the Scriptures, but rather the problem lies with us. We are not free nor do we have the right to add or subtract to Scriptures commands or teachings. The Bible contains all the words of God that a person needs to become a Christian, live as a Christian, and grow as a Christian. God has given us instruction that equip us for "every good work" that He wants us to do (2 Tim 3:16-17).
If you put God First, you have Him at Last.

A good start is having good teaching. Nurture. Bring up a child in the way it should go. What you learn first you think is correct, so if you're taught wrong to start with life can be a challenge.
