Did He also teach you that setting your focus, thoughts, imaginations on such things invites demonic attacks?

I'm thinking that it might be an anti-science reaction where the belief heads over into the opposite trench where Joseph becomes the all important man in Egypt who built all the pyramids. That kind of thing typically backfires and produces ridicule.

Citadela would have tried harder.

This is not what any reasonable person should believe. I like Dr. Carson, but is about as far out in left field as it gets. I have no clue where he would get this from.
The 7th Day Adventists aren't fully orthodox, though. Some of their beliefs are strange.
Do the hieroglyphs verify the birth and adoption of Moses or the plagues and the drowning in the Nile?

I have no idea what you're speaking of. First off, I read and study everything through a biblical lenses, and secondly, I studied a lot about Egyptology years before becoming a Christian. Now especially, I see all of Egyptian history through a biblical worldview, but thank you for your concern. If you don't like history, that's cool. Not everyone likes farm trucks either, so there ya go. And I wouldn't exactly call my interest in history a hobby. I'm also interested in art, gardening, criminal justice, writing, etc. Don't worry about other Believers. Just worry about you.

That is the truth. The American new media is incorrigible.

You do know that wishing someone "luck" is demonic don't you? Luk was a demon possessed magician who trafficked in magic (thus the name).
You a Christian you are supposed to "bless" someone or say nothing, but you should not use worldly expressions that are rooted in the demonic.
Just sayin'

Not sure....they are still excavating a lot of Egypt. But....there are tons of hieroglyphs about the great pyramids and their construction. Again, some of the ancient grain storage houses have been excavated (as I pointed out on page 1) and they are made of brick and from what I read, they are one room construction, which would make sense.

Then is it possible they omitted the origin of the pyramids? I mean is a lot of Biblical facts are not documented isn't it possible that one is to?

Quest, archeology verifies that they are tombs, not grain stores.
BUT, Mr Carson has a bigger problem now. He claimed to be at Westpoint, with a scolarship.
Never happened.
