What I meant above was not about politics, but it surprises me, that still some people can not see that we are having a pandemie that kills so many. I think it is time to stand up and fight with what we have against Covid-19, with prayers and with isolation. We do not have time to waste.

whether or not people screwed up earlier, we NOW have more info.
Yes, it's deadly and more easily transmitted, but it's also possible to make sure we protect ourselves and our family, and by that our society.

Back in about Jan., before "the virus" became known to me, our family talked about how this year the grands didn't bring home so many cough and cold bugs. Usually we have at least one that makes it around the family. Just before spring break the gs had strep bit it was somewhat mild. Go figure!

The death rate for an area with a life expectancy of 78 years is 35 per million inhabitants per day.
Yesterday's death rate from Corona alone for some areas :
Spain : 19.5
State of New York : 14
Italy : 13.5
USA : 1.8
Norway : 1.1
Canada : 0.6
Australia ~ 0.1
It's back up again. France is getting close to 10.

I'm looking mainly at countries or states with 10+ million inhabitants. The latter four are where the regular posters live.

Yes. Job #1 is to stay alive and well.
I think some are looking at this as some sort of left/right issue but the virus doesn't care how you vote. I would ignore all of the spin.
