Thanks for posting that, fuego. Very enlightening. Looks like pilot error flying blind in treacherous terrain.

I know it's our fallen human nature to mourn a celebrity death more than the death of a average person but to God all their souls are valuable
Exactly. One thing I have been thinking is that this tragedy happens to thousands every day. And no one ever hears about it. And they suffer in obscurity.

Progressives Turn Kobe Bryant's Death Into a Political Attack on Trump
When the news broke about the death of NBA legend Kobe Bryant and his daughter Gianna, most responded with expressions of grief, offering their condolences to his family. The city of Los Angeles mourned the loss of one of its most prominent celebrities. Current and former professional basketball players also joined in, highlighting Bryant's accomplishments and his relationship with his family.
But in the midst of the widespread grieving, others saw an opportunity to use Bryant's untimely passing to launch cynical political attacks against President Donald Trump. Among some of the other garbage takes on this tragedy, these individuals decided to engage in some of the ugliest behavior imaginable in response to the incident.
Leftist activists and journalists took to Twitter to take issue with Trump's two tweets commenting on Bryant's passing. Some even stated that they wish it had been Trump who died instead of the athlete. Shortly after the story was reported, he tweeted:

Washington Post political reporter suspended over Kobe Bryant tweets
So disingenuous and 'politically correct' by the WP. If this had been Trump or some other figure they didn't like, it would've been fine bringing up the past.

I haven't had a chance to hear the audio, but I think that was the issue in the deaths of Dr. Myles Munroe and his wife and others in his ministry.

It's crazy when you think how they're trained. It it happens.

Helicopters crash quite a bit, more so than planes I believe. I remember volunteering in the Marine Corps for a test maneuver that required very fast runners. Turns out they were testing how fast they could land and disembark a squad of fully geared infantry Marines. I learned a little about helicopter dynamics that day, turns out that if you land to fast, the ship spins, not the rotor. So the crazy pilots were slamming the copter onto the ground while it was shaking/semi-spinning. Anyway, I always see a few Marine Corps helicopter crashes per year.
I always loved the chopper rides, there's just something cool about the whole thing but I'd never volunteer for helicopter crash tests again.
