I hate this. Such an awesome pro-Israel conservative. I hope he can appoint someone as strong.

President Donald Trump announced on Tuesday that US Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley has resigned and will leave her post by the end of the year.

Sitting side-by-side in the Oval Office, Trump praised Haley as a "fantastic person" who has "done an incredible job" and said he would gladly welcome her back into his administration down the line....

She is a well known neo-con. I can't figure out why Trump hired her in the first place, she opposed him.

I do know that many are enamored with her "pro-Israel" rhetoric, but you can love Israel without blowing up every country in the ME. I find that cover for aggression (for the sake of Israel) to be maddening, a hook in the nose for many in the church.

A Lot of speculation on that! Some chitchat says she was one of the cabinet members ready to pull the trigger with Rosenstein and Company to pull a 25th amendment move (remove Trump). Trump has two camps opposed to him, the RINO/neo-con wing of GOP and of course the Left in its entirety. The RINO/neo-con wing is probably the more dangerous of the two (foxes in the hen house).
