    ANOTHER flight diverted due to a 'broken window'

    A Southwest Airlines flight bound for Newark diverted to Cleveland on Wednesday after a window broke, the airline confirmed.
    The incident comes just over two weeks after a woman died on a Southwest flight after she was partially sucked out a broken window that shattered when it was hit by engine debris.
    Flight 957 was en route from Chicago-Midway to Newark on Wednesday when it was diverted to Cleveland for a maintenance review just two hours after taking off. Southwest Airlines released a statement saying it was aware of the situation.

    I can’t stand SW or American Airlines. Crappy service and rude, especially American. Delta is more expensive, but I decided to pay the extra fare, at least if my flight is delayed or my luggage damaged, I get a reasonably quick response and remedy from them.

    I believe that businesses that don’t treat their customers/clients right, eventually fail. Like Circuit City and Best Buy. Best Buy should be next to go under IMO.
