I can’t stand SW or American Airlines. Crappy service and rude, especially American. Delta is more expensive, but I decided to pay the extra fare, at least if my flight is delayed or my luggage damaged, I get a reasonably quick response and remedy from them.
I believe that businesses that don’t treat their customers/clients right, eventually fail. Like Circuit City and Best Buy. Best Buy should be next to go under IMO.
