Did she ask them to leave after a "reasonable" amount of time, when it became obvious that they were not going to purchase anything? - Was she rude, threatening and nasty?

Did they respond in a rude, threatening and nasty manner at her request to either purchase something or leave? - Or did they repeatedly explain that they were waiting for another person to arrive, before placing an order, and determined to stand their ground?

    Inquiring minds wanna know...
My only issue with the two men is when the police ordered them to leave, they refused. At that point, they deserved to be arrested because the police officers were within the law. They could’ve addressed the matter at a later date. Obey the police, you won’t go to jail.

Aaaaand...that makes it look even more suspect. They apparently wanted to be arrested.

According to post #9 it appears she has asked others to leave:

She told the outlet that throughout her one-year tenure, loitering was apparently a common occurrence, and noted that she personally had encountered "many individuals" who loitered in the franchise without any intent to purchase merchandise or food and beverages.

She also revealed that at least one person "chased her around the store after she asked them to leave," according to the outlet.

The outlet also reported that Holly noted that a "corporate policy germane exclusively to Center City Philadelphia locations prohibits excessive loitering."

According to Holly, if the policy is violated, management reserves the right to contact law enforcement.

Racism (or perhaps, racial friction), unfortunately, exists in all parts of our nation.

To my great surprise, I discovered it to be more prevalent up north than in the Deep South. That’s been my personal observation from traveling to those parts the last 4-5 years.

Do you think that's the case here and that it involves racism? The manager claims she has asked many people to leave who were just loitering so how would we know for certain that these 2 men were singled out?

Again, the story doesn't reveal how long they were sitting in the store before being asked to purchase or leave.

Hilarious. What he said about liberals is truly being ‘woke’. He gets it.

From what I understand, the men told her they were waiting for a friend. My friends and I do this all the time. We dine out at least 2-3 times a week. When some of us arrive before the others, which is often since we drive our own cars to meet, we get a table/booth and wait for them to arrive before we order. We’ve never been asked to leave. That’s just crazy to me if what the men say is true.
