Megyn Kelly moves to NBC
I know this comes as a HUGE shock to many of you...

DONALD Trump's fanbase has gone into a meltdown of sorts over the revelation that Fox News host Megyn Kelly, with whom the President-elect feuded during the election campaign, is moving to rival network NBC.
Fox News has announced that Ms Kelly will host her prime time show, The Kelly File, for the last time on Friday. She will then leave to launch a daytime program and a Sunday evening show at NBC, having turned down a $20 million offer to stay in her current job.
"Over a dozen years ago I started at Fox News in a job that would change my life. Now, I have decided to end my time at Fox, incredibly enriched for the experiences I've had," Ms Kelly said on Facebook.
"I have agreed to join NBC News, where I will be launching a new daytime show Monday through Friday, along with a Sunday evening news magazine program. I will also participate in NBC's breaking news coverage and its political and special events coverage.

Many journalists are over-rated and some of the salaries they get is obscene.
There was a time when a good journalist was in the background concentrating on the facts not giving their inflated opinions

Even with her faults, Megyn will be an improvement to NBC or to any of the uber-liberal big three networks. Frankly, I like her. She doesn't play softball as do the liberal anchors.

They could sack most journos and have robots just report the facts and society will be better

I'll say what I said on FB. I was never a fan, but I'm happy for her. She has said she'll have more time to be with her family, she should be commended for making them her priority.

So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.
NBC is pretty much full on propaganda, I'm sure she will toe the line.

Her presence will likely give NBC the illusion of being balanced.

Call me cynical but she has enough money to resign, live comfortably and put her family first. At the end of the day it's about their ego and greed

No wait a doggone minute! Who are you to say she has enough money to resign? Do you know her? Do you know her family? Would you make the same statement about a man?

I have to agree with TT - She has made MILLIONS of dollars during her career at Fox - Plus, her husband is a very successful businessman.
Saying "I want to spend more time with my Family" sounds noble, but if she REALLY wanted to devote time to her children, she wouldn't work such a demanding and time-consuming job, when she doesn't HAVE to.
Anyone else remember when Meredith Viera quit and said she wanted to spend more time with her husband (who was dealing with MS)? - Well, that didn't last long - She was back "On Air" in about 6 months!
