Steve Martin deletes Twitter tribute to Carrie Fisher after backlash
-On Tuesday, the comic wrote in a since-deleted tweet, "When I was a young man, Carrie Fisher was the most beautiful creature I had ever seen. She turned out to be witty and bright as well."
Media outlets and fans immediately turned on the comedian saying Martin's tweet had a sexist undertone...

What is wrong with these jokers?!? I see absolutely nothing wrong or sexist in what he said. Ugh! So fed up with these idiots. And why did he delete his comments?? He should have stood up for himself. I've had it with these wimps as well. They need to quit backing down just because the PC bullies yell at them. SMH

But in the poetic justice department, many of these liberals are feeling what it's like to get on the wrong side of their own ridiculous over-reacting kind.

It's human nature... we are first drawn to the beauty, then discover even greater beauty. Steve Martin probably thought it just wasn't worth it. I agree with him. I don't think it would be such a bad thing if more celebrities gave up their twitter accounts.
