Activists give butcher department meats 'A Proper Funeral'
-Direct Action Everywhere, the California-based animal rights activists have added a new tactic to their playbook: funerals for frozen chickens.
And they are holding these "funerals" in grocery stores, during business hours.
The group recently executed a protest in a Berkeley, California, grocery store and recorded the entire event for its YouTube channel.
The video begins with a young man lifting a frozen chicken from the poultry section and carrying it to the store's meat department.
After yelling the group's mantra, "It's not food, it's violence," mourners in black clothing — some carrying flowers — assemble and a coffin appears...

Oh good lorrrrddd...........................
Kill babies in the womb but mourn the death of chickens.
I've said it before.... when they quit supporting abortions, I might consider the animal rights movement as valid.

Saw this earlier. I'm surprised they got as far they did without management having them removed from the store.

I think they should pay for it first.

I think we should duct tape them to a chair and play this video in front of them:

Yeah, the whole "Save the whales, kill the babies" movement has baffled me for a long time.
Every time I see one of them spouting off on the news I want to ask them, "How do you feel about killing babies?"

O wow, that's right near where I live. I'm sure not surprised. Berkeley has some of the strangest people I've ever been around. There is such a STRANGE spirit in that community. It's like being on another planet. IMO they are attention whores, always looking for a reason to riot and cause a rukus but for no good cause.
When Trump won, they had "cry spaces" for people to cry together over the outcome of the election. Just weird

Per the video, they tried...seems they had to wait for the police to help.
