I think this one is silly and amusing ... someone with way too much time on their hands. I love dogs, so no, I'm not uncomfortable with it.

I dislike any changes to the nativity scene. We know the reality of what happened in scripture and it was the birth of the son of God and so any manipulation of that is wrong.
I am not judging those who think differently but for me I just don't like it

I think the dogs are cute. I saved it to my desk top last year. It is the "Fleas Navidog" down in the corner that's the punch line.

Not surprised that Jesus was a cat. We all know cats think they are God.

In a way I don't have an issue...if one thinks about Jesus being born today it might look just like that...but we are talking about a historical event so this is like painting Abe Lincoln in shorts and a t-shirt and flip flops..I prefer to at least try to present a historical event in somewhat authentic setting...

well.. how do modern women, who attend church, dress, not necessarily TO church, but out and about.
I've seen such, and often.. and a lot worse too.

but would God choose "these" women to be the Mother of Christ? Not that I'm putting Mary on a pedestal, but she WAS a virgin....
