"You" is singular. "You guys" indicates more than one or a small group.
Same as in southern speak, "y'all" is one and "all y'all" is more than y'all.
I think... Someone southern might want to correct me.
I am, after all, somewhat north of "southern."

I don't know what southern people use y'all for one, but we don't here in NC. It's y'all for a couple of people, and all y'all for a LARGE group of people.

As the American told the receptionist at the Norwegian hotel he was staying at. "Clean sheet i senga mi". He was able to recall the last three words in Norwegian but the first two eluded him. He was rather surprised at the expression on the receptionist's face and the piccolo's run back up the stairs but in his mind he pegged it off as a local display of gratitude and headed out to see if he could finally spot that elusive polar bear somewhere in the woodlands.
