    It's nuts. I went to a concert in Marin Co a very exclusive neighborhood in San Francisco a few years back.

    It was held at a very liberal mainline church

    They had the pastor ( a woman) get up and do the opening prayer. She started out by saying "DEAR PARENT"

    I about gagged
