Thumbs up Presbyterian Church Passes Anti-Israel Resolutions

-At its 2014 General Assembly, you may remember that the Presbyterian Church (USA) passed a resolution to boycott companies that do business with Israel. Now, JNS reports, they have done it again. At this summer's assembly, PC(USA) passed further resolutions supporting the BDS movement and slamming the Jewish state:

Presbyterian Church USA passed a series of resolutions at its general assembly in support of the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement against Israel, while calling on Israel to leave the disputed territories.

Among the measures passed by the Presbyterian Church includes the approval of a report, in a 429-129 vote, that seeks to examine the two-state solution for the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and possible alternatives "including but not limited to that of two sovereign states—Israel and Palestine." The report says that Israel's "policy trajectory of continued settlements and brutal occupation" is "deeply troubling."

"Not only does it make a two-state solution increasingly difficult, if not impossible, to achieve, but the emerging, de facto single state's systematic violation of Palestinian rights and democratic values is eroding Israel's moral legitimacy," the report adds...

Why do they feel this desperate need to address this at all? What does it have to do with promoting the gospel and evangelizing the lost?

Same question I have. What is even the point of this at all and the supposed need to weigh in on this?

Some apostasy is more visible than others. Just another symptom of a sick church.

Good. This lets us know who's side they are on.

May this be the end of their godless denomination!

    Sayonara.

It has to do with knowing who is with the Lord, and who is against Him. It's important that God's true family know who is against God and His Word.

These people have bibles and they reject God's promise to bless the descendants of Abraham (as though God changes or something)... true Christians should have no more to do with them with the exception of giving them opportunity to repent and turn from their wicked ways!
