Luke 21:1 As Jesus looked up, he saw the rich putting their gifts into the temple treasury.
2 He also saw a poor widow put in two very small copper coins.
3 “Truly I tell you,” he said, “this poor widow has put in more than all the others.
4 All these people gave their gifts out of their wealth; but she out of her poverty put in all she had to live on.”
What is the logic here ? The logic is that the rich were always giving out of their wealth, meaning they were still wealthy after they had finished giving. To match the widow's offering they would have to give themselves poor first so that they would be giving out of their poverty. Something to think about for those who pay their tithe and then stay abundantly wealthy on the remaining 90 percent.

So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.
Here's a link to the "LETTER OF REMOVAL".

Note that if you are a pastor, you have immunity.

Well the policy membership III portion of the letter clearly states that there are Excusable Reasons such as being sick or shut in that are taken into account as it pertains to membership so this is simply tells me that this may be some kind of clerical or administrative mix up especially since the letter wasn't necessarily handcrafted by the pastor ...
Just looks like they were purging membership rolls and this particular lady's situation wasn't taken into account properly hence the brouhaha

Such an emotional creature my Pentecostal friend from California. Ah, to be young and so full of testosterone
Anyway, the pastor's side is as I stated earlier which is, as Joe Friday used to say, "Just the facts mam, just the facts."
I would have investigated the matter, looked into the issue, visited the lady and her family, and worked from there. However, ours is not a large church at the moment so it is a simple task for me. Church size and membership numbers depends on whether or not the pastor can do all of that or have one of his assistants do it.
After that then I would make my determination from there.
Now tell me Penti, how should I handle the 92 year old grandma in my church who is in fornication with her 75 year old boy toy?

The same way you handle the 92 year old who doesn't pay her tithe. You should tell her that she is robbing God by failing to pay her tithe and that no robber will inherit the kingdom of God then tell her that she is on her way to eternal hell until she repents of living in that sin. If you cannot recall the two scriptures I'm basing this on, I will be happy to look them up for you.
