I'm not making excuses, but we are naturally visual creatures. The Bible (OT) talks a lot about how beautiful certain women were, Bathsheba, Rachel, Job's daughters, and so on.

Agreed. It is is disgusting and very unattractive. I have never been sure what it is that draws these guys to each other other than a demonic spirit.
