Well the person dropped the F-bombs on the people sitting behind him to begin with that let him know those seats were reserved before the altercation with the man with the gun.

After a church member tapped Braxton on the shoulder to let him know he was in someone else’s seat, Braxton yelled “don’t (expletive) touch me” an affidavit obtained by NBC Philadelphia said.

Unless what I pointed out actually had nothing to do with what you were trying to say. :)

I just suspect they held animosity before hand...Just out of the blue someone who comes to church starts shouting filth at someone just because he told him a certain seat is reserved? Or was he already upset with this man and sat there on purpose to start an altercation because he already knew they would ask him to move giving him a 'motive'. And why shoot him just because he is making a scene...it just sounds like these two volatile people already had a history

But after reviewing it says this man came in after the service started and just chose an empty seat...seems to me this man had issues, was in the right place and when things were calmed by the pastor and ushers this man with a gun should have kept his mouth shut. His defense of fear for his life or others does not hold water, he was the aggressor IMHO.

AFTER the guy sucker punched him he pulled the gun...did he actually have to use it at that point to protect his or anyone else's life? The witness account seems to say no...The guy mocked him and called it a fake gun...that's when he shot him...TWICE...
