    McDonald's introduces chocolate-covered french fries

-McDonald's has unveiled chocolate-covered french fries, but you'll have to fly around the world to get them.

McDonald's Japan said it will start selling "McChocolate Potatoes" — fries with a drizzle of white and milk chocolate — Jan. 26. They will be available through mid-February for about $2.80, or 50 cents as an upgrade in a value meal...

Maybe if it was only white chocolate, I'd like it. I'm not a big fan of just chocolate though. I'd try just about anything once. As far as traveling to Japan to get them? No thank you.

I've seen them around but haven't tried them yet, tho once in a while after having some chips I will have a piece of chocolate afterwards and it does satisfy.

My Mom owns some farmland in Columbia, NC (where they farm a LOT of potatoes...to chipping companies like Lays). One year the company that farms the land sent Momma a container of "gourmet" chocolate covered potato chips. REALLY good. The ones I've tried since...not so much, so maybe it was just a combination of good chocolate, and superior () potatoes.
