His statement sound like what anti-Christians atheists used to post on CARM, maybe he got entangled with some of those or their websites.

It is sad to see a Christian choose to turn from salvation to sin.

I used to greatly enjoy your old apologetic webpages also.

One of my first thoughts too.

Unfortunately, there will be those who follow him right to hell.
Now, now... thou shalt not judge lest you be judged

I seem to remember some saying that to me... now it's my turn to say it to you!

Don't you know that "once saved always saved" is in style this season?

You know another thing I think it is Bookie, that a lot of these people are just facing more and more pressure within their circle and society in general about standing against things like LGBT and whatever else along those lines and other things, and they don't have the moral fortitude, or the strength of character to firmly state that position and experience the hate and alienation from friends, etc. that can come from it. It can get pretty vicious when you're in an interview and they ask you about these things just to get the reaction that comes when one stands boldy for the morality that is taught in the Bible.

People like that are "religious", and "judgmental", and "lack revelation"

I learnt that from TV preachers

when people make their belief system subject to whim.. you get this sort of thing. One of the reasons I've become wary of altar calls.
Walking down an isle, or raising you hand, doesn't really make a commitment in your heart. When Jesus says to count the cost, He's making sure people know it's more than a moment.

Exactly. As eveyone knows the third canon of the Council of Orange (529AD - not exactly new stuff) was "If anyone says that the grace of God can be conferred as a result of human prayer, but that it is not grace itself which makes us pray to God, he contradicts the prophet Isaiah, or the Apostle who says the same thing, "I have been found by those who did not seek me; I have shown myself to those who did not ask for me" (Rom 10:20, quoting Isa. 65:1)."
