    His manion is huge and not ecofriendly. But it is not close to sea measured vertically, the ocean won't rise and flood it even according to the worst doomsday scenarios.

    Driven by there many times.. A tsunami probably wouldn't, but the quake that caused it would probably cause the houses to slide into the sea
