The blast would only last a minute or so, then the wind, debris, etc. There wouldn't be much warning, if any at all so don't know if a bunker would do much good without that warning. If you are not in the blast radius you should be OK.

Yeah, Ukraine has been a watering hole for corrupt politicians and oligarchs for many years, now it is a beacon of democracy! The propaganda is astounding but if it backfires rest assured our elites will be safe in their tax payer supplied bunkers.
