According to the FDA, PCR test should no longer be used to test for Covid.

After December 31, 2021, CDC will withdraw the request to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) of the CDC 2019-Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) Real-Time RT-PCR Diagnostic Panel, the assay first introduced in February 2020 for detection of SARS-CoV-2 only. CDC is providing this advance notice for clinical laboratories to have adequate time to select and implement one of the many FDA-authorized alternatives.

Visit the FDA website for a list of authorized COVID-19 diagnostic methods. For a summary of the performance of FDA-authorized molecular methods with an FDA reference panel, visit this page.

In preparation for this change, CDC recommends clinical laboratories and testing sites that have been using the CDC 2019-nCoV RT-PCR assay select and begin their transition to another FDA-authorized COVID-19 test. CDC encourages laboratories to consider adoption of a multiplexed method that can facilitate detection and differentiation of SARS-CoV-2 and influenza viruses. Such assays can facilitate continued testing for both influenza and SARS-CoV-2 and can save both time and resources as we head into influenza season. Laboratories and testing sites should validate and verify their selected assay within their facility before beginning clinical testing.

    and differentiation of SARS-CoV-2
What they want is not to stop PCR testing in general, but to move forward to a testing that includes the identification of the type of the virus as delta , omicron etc

In the moment a lower percentage of positiv samples are tested to know if delta or omicron. What they hope is, through testing all samples, they would be more data collected to make conclusions about spreading and about a prognosis.
For statistic reasons I can understand this, but I guess, it will make the tests more exspensiv.

What I also understand is, that they want to do tests for Influenca and Covid together. This may be due to the fact that some symptoms are same or similar.
To me this is a kind of overtesting and I do not see a big benefit.

PCR tests are no longer approved under the Emergency Use Authorization. I'm not sure why you can't understand that, they are not accurate or useful.

My wife got a home test kit in the mail yesterday. I don't trust these things or any tests for the diagnosis of C-19 and its variants. Within this whole deceptive agenda to begin with, it seems to me they (those behind it) want as many positive results as possible to inflate the numbers to keep this whole Plandemic going. It's all about population control and death anyways in my opinion.

If it's not bio-warfare, it sure is acting like it. Releasing a biological agent, withholding the antidote, rolling out "vaccines" that cause mutations to the original biological agent. If it looks like a duck ..

I choosed the quote by reuters because it is simple and short .
but feel free to come with a proven word of Kary Banks Mullis
The pcr methode he developed in 1983 is in the meantime used broadly in biochemical and microbiological research, testing is only a part.
I am not a friend of him nor of other issues in his life, but I do not like if you put words in the mounth of a dead man who can defend himself.

The polymerase chain reaction (PCR) is based on the principle of "separate, couple and copy" on the cyclically repeated duplication of DNA. Today the PCR is essential for detecting viral infections, hereditary diseases, genetic fingerprinting and gene cloning. From the beginning it has been used in test involving virus.

I don't recall anyone attacking the guy who invented the PCR test, where did that come from?

The PCR test is not appropriate for Covid, it does not differentiate between coronavirus and flu.

Do you get paid to parrot the official narrative?

I'm the one who said that he said it wasn't created to diagnose.

Shortly after he started speaking out, he "died."
