I hope she has a speedy recovery. I don't like her politics but stand against the China virus.

I am interested in her response afterward though I don't wish her harm.

Desantis' fault because she got it exercising her freedom in FL. Wait for it.

The fully vaccinated can still catch the disease, but they're less likely to be seriously impaired. At least that's what I've read.

But to what are they comparing that too? I know people who caught Covid early on and their symptoms ranged from mild cold symptoms to full-on breathing problems needing hospitalization.

It's based on studies that compared vaccinated against non vaccinated. We can't know personally how we'd react to the virus, but statistically, you're better off if you're in one of the at risk groups. I think if we stuck to caring for our vulnerable and offering the vaccine to everyone who wanted it but not forced it, you know, like we've handled every other illness, we'd be over this by now.

Vaccinated or un-vaccinated, the outcome is dependent on co-morbidities, not vaccine status.

The notion that being "vaxxed" protects you from serious disease is highly dubious, most likely a (another) lie.

Right. This is not a pandemic of the unvaxxed. The more science and med science tries to figure it out, the more embarrassed they become.

My wife is triple at-risk, me a double at-risk. We refused the jab and both were not any more ill than a mild flu/bad cold.
