Yep. Norway and the UK have their own troubles.

At least they figured out that many of the refugees arriving from Russia have already found safety there and are merely looking for the proverbial gold at the end of the rainbow (entry into the richest/kindest country)

It would be a shame to ban Donald Trump from England. Think of the entertainment you'd all be missing!
I'm getting really, really tired of the "extreme PC BS" I'm sorry, but nothing "The Donald" has said is hateful. I do think he is clumsy, but he's basically saying, "when you can't tell the good guys from the bad guys, you keep everyone out" I had an argument with an "ex friend" in England on the subject of refugees, she also (willingly in my opinion) made it sound as though I was being hateful towards the refugees, when I was actually expressing concern that our government can't tell "who's who"

Yup....that's what I said to my husband as well. Trump in all of his bluster, simply isn't a good communicator. He does himself no favors when he doesn't frame his comments with facts to back up his policies. "Clumsy non-wordsmith" is what I would call him. But....because he's so bold and doesn't care what people think, his poll numbers go up everytime someone goes after him. You really just have to get tickled watching the whole thing unfold. It's really a gift if you think about it. The media gets served and even some Democrats...black Democrats...... are fully in the Trump camp. Mark my words....Trump will win a lot of Democratic voters. Even Don Lemmon (CNN) said people are telling him left and right in private they agree with everything Trump says, but they certainly wouldn't say what he's saying publicly. It's hilarious to watch, imo. And I'm not a Trump fan.....but I do get a kick out of the whole thing as it unfolds.

I remember Britain denied allowing Michael Savage into the country a couple years ago

Now Michael Savage is a hoot! Man I miss listening to him on the radio....my husband and I would literally be cracking up almost doubled over listening to him. Man, especially when he'd get all worked up and started yelling and whatnot.
What I really liked about Savage was his telling stories. He is one of the best story tellers. Mainly, I'd just get tickled at his style more than what he was actually saying, except for stories from childhood or something. He did have great stories about his transition from someone trying to help the gay community in San Francisco avoid STDs, and how when he confronted the promiscuity in the bath houses where gays hooked up irresponsibly, he was meant with such hostility, it floored him. Made him loose all faith in anything liberal. He saw the ugly side of the movement back in the 70s and 80s.
He is an interesting character, that's for sure.

And a Wall Street Journal/NBC poll shows most Americans oppose Trump's plan to ban Muslims from traveling to the US. The poll also shows that 60% of Americans have a favorable view of Muslims (which doesn't mean they agree with their religion, of course).
Donald Trump’s proposal to temporarily ban Muslims from entering the U.S. is opposed by a solid majority of Americans, while almost four in 10 Republican primary voters support the idea, a new Wall Street Journal/NBC News poll finds.
...
Some 57% of everyone surveyed objected to the proposed Muslim ban—most of them saying they objected strongly—while 25% favored it. Among GOP primary voters, 39% opposed and 38% supported the idea, which has been the subject of heated debate since Mr. Trump called for a “total and complete shutdown” of Muslims’ entry into the country.
...
The poll found that nearly 60% of Americans have a favorable view of Muslims, a larger share than in polling conducted several months after the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks by Islamic extremists. The new survey also found that anti-Muslim sentiment among Republicans, though, is strong: Half of GOP primary voters have an unfavorable view of Muslims.

The problem is that an ISIS terrorist would claim to be a Christian in order to gain entry into the US whereas an ordinary Muslim would not.

Exactly! The ban on entry would stop the good ones, not the bad ones!!!
