All businesses in Florida, he wrote, "are prohibited from requiring patrons or customers to provide any documentation certifying COVID-19 vaccination or post-transmission recovery to gain access to, entry upon, or service from the business."

As a method of enforcement, businesses that don't comply with the order would not be eligible for state grants or state-funded contracts.

DeSantis did add that the order doesn't prevent businesses from continuing the COVID-19 screening protocols in place for the past year, including temperature checks.

"Individual COVID-19 vaccination records are private health information which should not be shared by mandate," DeSantis wrote. "... so-called COVID-19 vaccine passports reduce individual freedom and will harm patient privacy; and ... would create two classes of citizens based on vaccination."

Bingo. It's amazing how many forget this when they have a point to prove or need to virtue signal.

If a "passport" comes into play it will most certainly be expanded into divulging more health data, the vaccine nonsense just opens the door.
