I go through spurts. I'll go months and months without any.. then 2 a week. Although, I try to keep it at just 1.
I have my own grinder, so that helps with my Not As Fresh As It Might Be.. I get whole beans at Whole Foods, when I can get there.
I do coconut creamer and stevia.
Val, I've tried the Roibios (sp?) and I really don't like it.. any suggestions how to tart it up?
I'm HUGE on Matcha and Turmeric .. I'm trying to have it every day.

I've taken to drinking hot tea in the morning with coconut milk and a little truvia.
If I drink coffee it's normally in the evening, it's just too much in the morning.

My favorite, hands down. No cream or sugar, just a little extra water in the cup.

I've been fasting from coffee leading up to the "Day of Atonement." This is a serious fast for me. I dream of a nice cup of my own roasted and brewed coffee...9 days from now. Meanwhile, I am praying for God's intervention in the financial situation of my favorite charity, Bridges For Peace. Actually, I'm also being careful to listen to see what God has to say about any subject of His choosing. Lack of my favorite beverage is reminding me to pray often. That is how it is supposed to work, isn't it?
