Coffee with de-lactosed milk works for me = a little bit of fat and a little bit of sugar.

Actually Sweet n Low is made with saccharin which is much less dangerous than aspartame.

Raw sugar is good if you don't use too much

I use sweet and low and Walmart brand Great Value.
