    there are some neighborhood associations here that have set up "Food Truck Tuesdays" - where the food trucks set up somewhere in the neighborhood. I haven't heard how that is going and haven't really had the time to check any of them out. I love the idea, because "franchise food" just gets boring. By that I mean like Applebees, PF Changs, etc.; these places get stale to me. We have one place that we loved going to because their menu was different... but it's now 20 years later and their menu hasn't changed one bit. It's boring and I hate going there.

    I love the idea of independent chefs/foodie people doing food trucks, though!
