    Flu shot or not?

    Bookie started this topic on facebook and so far the replies are split with each side pretty adamant. So, do you or don't you?

    Yep. If you work in an Healthcare environment either you should or would have to. Or, if you are around the elderly a lot.

    Yearly without fail! I've had the flu at least 3 times and I don't want it again! I haven't had the flu since and I never get colds either.

    Do I need to emphasize my words????

    Exactly! We know so much more about natural immunity now then we did when they started manufacturing vaccines, and what to do to improve it. I literally havn't had the flu in 20 years!
