    Who's still at it?

With life, and work I have let all of my running, and working out slip. Which of course means the weight has crept back on. Someone encourage me....who is still at it? What's your normal routine? How do you fit it in with life?

Well I'm 6'2.5", currently 190 pounds and I lift about the same weights and run intervals on the treadmill about as fast as the last time we talked about that.

Not sure yet... working out at the gym a lot. A hour of cardio and 30 to 45 minutes of weights. I'm think toward winter or early spring...

It's not that hard to do. Unless one is sick or overworked I suppose.
