It's not that hard to do. Unless one is sick or overworked I suppose.
I've decided to not let working out "happen" but to be more intentional. I'm going to put my workouts on the calendar, so that I have to schedule around them.
I got it.... I burn extra calories with fartleks on the stationary cycle AND after a bowl of chili... ones not necessarily inclusive with the other....

The bowl of chili won't make the fartlek any faster on a stationary bike. You need to find a real bike and go outside for that.
