Lightbulb 29 naturopaths poisoned at conference in Germany as war against natural healers heats up

    This is....bizarre.

    http://www.naturalnews.com/051226_na...ig_Pharma.html

(NaturalNews) Investigators are looking into a case of what appears to be intentional poisoning or possibly even attempted homicide that affected nearly three dozen holistic doctors attending a recent conference in Hamburg, Germany. Reports indicate that the 29 healers fell ill after being exposed to a dangerous and illegal amphetamine drug known as 2C-E, or "Aquarust."

Initial reports of the incident implied that the 29 naturopathic doctors, who had been attending a homeopathic health conference, might have voluntarily taken the drug as part of an "experiment." However, follow-up reports reveal that none of the healers had willingly taken anything and that someone might have intentionally poisoned and/or tried to murder them.

The German news source DW.com says the "mass intoxication," which took place on September 4, resulted in some 160 rescue personnel, 15 ambulances, and even a helicopter being sent to the small town of Handeloh, near Hamburg, where the conference was taking place. Most of the victims were in such bad shape from the poisoning that they couldn't talk, and some were even determined to be in life-threatening condition.

Laboratory testing is still ongoing, but initial results and interviews with those coherent enough to provide statements reveal that the doctors had not willingly taken 2C-E, a synthetically-produced methamphetamine similar to Ecstasy and Speed in terms of its effects. Each of the victims, who range in age between 24 and 56, was found to be suffering from some combination of breathing problems, delusions, racing hearts and cramps as well as various hallucinatory effects.

"The questioning begins as soon as the persons are coherent and their statements are usable," stated one police official quoted by DW.com.

Were these 29 German doctors targets just like the naturopaths who were murdered in the U.S. over the summer?
This horrific incident follows a series of mysterious deaths and possible murders that occurred throughout the summer among naturopathic doctors in Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania and elsewhere, so one's first thought might be that these German doctors were similarly targeted for elimination by entities threatened by the natural healing arts.

Erin Elizabeth of Health Nut News hinted at this in a recent piece covering the incident, noting that criminal investigations are currently underway to get to the bottom of what actually took place. Did somebody or some group deliberately target these holistic healers in an attempt to murder them, or was it all just a big coincidence?

It's important to reiterate that none of the affected doctors knew they had been poisoned prior to falling deathly ill, which would suggest that they didn't willingly take the drug. Even Germany's expert commission for narcotics, Torsten Passie, admitted this when he told the German media:

"It must have been a multiple overdose. That does not support the view that the people concerned took the hallucinogen knowingly."

Is Big Pharma trying to kill off its competition?
By all appearances, it would seem as though these 29 enemies of the multi-billion dollar pharmaceutical cartel were victims of an attempted mass slaughter simply because their work involves healing people naturally rather than making them lifelong slaves to the medical-industrial complex and its high-profit "treatments" that never heal.

"It is no secret anymore that Big Pharma is (and has been) at war with alternative medicine," adds natural health enthusiast David Wolfe. "Its modus operandi is to generate profit by selling drugs that perpetuate a cycle of addiction and dependency, rather than liberation and empowerment."

I wonder if this is perhaps similar to when people hand out candy or skin-stickers on the street that contain drugs, typically without giving any hints. Then the dose that would be normal to the drug user is near lethal to a non-user. Or pot users put pot in cakes or other edibles thinking that the target of their prank will get high but they only get very sick. Maybe someone was trying to mess with them without understanding the effect it would have on people who don't use their type of drug.

I've suffered life long heartburn and have tried all kinds of natural things to control it. Told my dr about it a few years ago and she put me on one of those acid pump inhibitor drugs. Works great but don't like being on it long term because of side effects, like not absorbing calcium properly, etc....

That drug is nearly impossible to get off of. I've tried a couple of times but the rebound acid reflux is impossible to control. I will try again, taking longer to wean off, but its brutal.

Big pharma is one of the great evils of our time. Some drugs are necessary sometimes, but not the way they develop and market them. If it won't make them millions upon millions of $$$ they won't even consider the simple, cheap treatments.

Cancer, for example. There ARE cures out there. Big phama gets so much money for research and can charge so much for their "treatments", they'll never, ever find a CURE.

    So frustrating.

Big pharma absolutely is one of the greatest evils ever to grace the earth. Big Pharma and Monsanto both are evil personified. And no.....everytime I see that, "race for the cure" stuff, I want to vomit. They show all of those videos and pics of people with bald heads, "fighting the good fight", when all they are doing is KILLING THEM OFF with chemo and radiation. It's pathetic. They don't want a cure, aren't looking for a cure. All they are doing is making more dangerous stuff like "immunotherapy" drugs (which have high side effects as well), and still yet and never, ever, getting to the root cause of the cancer. They will never give up the $$$. Ever. It's a ruse and the sad thing is, people actually fall for it.

AJ, not trying to give unsolicited advice, BUT, have you ever done a candida cleanse and detox (or parasite cleanse)? Even if you have ever been on just one round of antibiotics, it can really mess your entire digestive system up. Generally speaking, digestive issues aren't resolved with just one thing. Sometimes you have to do a total-body detox, candida cleanse, and then introduce stuff like peppermint oil, DCL, digestive enzymes, etc.....Just taking supplements likely won't resolve the problem if you don't address the root.

I got off those things and got rid of acid reflux. The cure is counter to what they are selling (doh!). I posted about it in another thread but the simple explanation is that a lack of acid causes the muscles holding the stomach contents to relax (causing reflux), it's a chemical signal. When there is a proper amount of acid the body keeps those muscles shut tight. I added acid (apple cider vinegar) , which was a bit scary but it worked. On those occasions when I OD on spicy stuff I'll do a 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda in a few ounces of water to get rid of heart burn but no problems with reflux.

I found that post, it was on our old forum...I had to do a google cache on it:

I had a bout with reflux as well, the steps I took were counter-intuitive but worked for me.

I actually stopped taking the antacids and blockers (purple pill) and introduced more acid (apple cider vinegar).

Sounds crazy but here is what I found out; if your stomach is low on acid, it signals the esophageal sphincter to relax (inducing reflux), it is actually fooled into thinking via the low acidity that your stomach is not full or in digestive mode. By raising the acidity, the sphincter receives the signal that the stomach is doing its thing (digesting) and remains shut tight, preventing reflux. Now, this goes against everything you will ever be told but it worked for me. On those occasions when I overboard the spicy food I will do a 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda in a small glass of water, enough to get a belch. That relieves the gas build up that pressures the sphincter.

Also, for dinner desert, eat an apple or a slice of an apple but do get some apple into the gut. If you are a late dinner eater, falling asleep on a full stomach, you need to stop that too. Eat earlier.

No more pills for me, no problems either, Thank you Jesus!

Yes, to all of that, except peppermint oil, although now, I couldn't tell you in what order I did it all. I only just started getting involved in oils about a year ago, and have started drinking a few drops of grapefruit oil every morning in water. When I say all my life, I mean as a child I had stomach issues. Some of it has to do with my spine, but I also grew up in a high stress home and a few years ago figured out I'm wheat sensitive. Drs haven't been much help and have gone to only a couple natural health consultants over the years.

John, did you wean off the meds while introducing apple cider vinegar or go cold turkey? I've been doing some research, but can't say I found anything on increasing stomach acid. But I'm willing to try.

My mom was diagnosed with GERD years ago and prescribed one of those drugs too but then she started taking this and it did seem to work well for her:

I was looking at the customer reviews and this is what the second one said:

    Title:Where Most Use an Antacid
    Date December 29, 2014
" My family considers me a health food nut, but several family members have taken my advice in using Betaine HCL with great results. I take Betaine HCL anytime my stomach feels bloated, especially after a large meal just before going to bed. What many consider to be an "acid" stomach causing heartburn and bloat is actually too little digestive enzymes and lack of digesting acids. All I can say is try it and you may be very pleasantly surprised. It works for me. It also works for some who would normally grab an antacid but now swear by Betaine HCL with Pepsin. "
