Your horns look better than mine but I'm not sure about the rest.

Here's a video of some treadmill running at 8.1 mph. It takes a little while before I start the band. If you get tired of watching it for three minutes you can skip towards the end. Squat session coming up.

Here's a miracle testimony and a pistol squat with 23 pounds. That's a one leg squat all the way down. The relative body weight is 100 kilos, not counting the shoes. I ended up doing 6 on each leg.

If you want to share the testimony then feel free, just don't remove the squat session.

What was your heart rate after the treadmill?
Why do you want the squat session to be part of the testimony?

I think it was about 165. It went up to 179 at the end of the third interval. The reason why you shouldn't shorten it unless people have bandwidth problems is twofold. First, I have the feeling that some people have certain ideas about ministers of the gospel as being a certain type, except if they have personal problems or something. Dreadlocks or gymnastic strength levels are just two examples of what they don't expect. Second, the truncated version with the weight room setting would look a bit odd. The format of the video is at the minimum 320x240 so the file isn't huge.

That looks like anabolic steroids plus fat burning drugs. Not that it would be impossible for someone with the right genetics to look something like that without, with a lot of dedication.

Isn't it harmful to your knee to go past the end of your foot when doing a squat?

I joined the YMCA two months ago, and I'm loving going to all the classes. The one I like the LEAST is Body Attack, it makes my heartrate go through the roof. (215....scary) Today I did the cxworx for the first time, and that was pretty good. No cardio, but lots of core work. For cardio I do enjoy going to BodyCombat.
If you've been wanting to join a gym, but you can't afford it, the Y is committed to sponsoring people, so everyone can get healthy. You can go, and apply for reduced rates!
Great classes, and if you have children that need childcare....it's provided in your membership!
