    I actually like to drink heavy cream in small amounts of course..love the taste and my body tends to get really happy about it..also good for desert with small amount of fruit..

    I was never much of a milk drinker either but would drink chocolate milk in school. Nowadays I only drink a little milk here and there with certain desserts like apple pie, chocolate cookies or maybe a rare bowl of cereal.

    When I was doing atkins, I used to pour a little bit of cream over frozen blueberries for a treat. It was like eating candy.

    Nice! I don't drink coffee, but I think I'll tell Rog about that. I heard on Dr. Oz awhile back that 2Tbsp. of full fat cream in your morning coffee will stabilize your blood sugar.

    Yeah, I use 2 tablespoons of organic heavy whipping cream and a tablespoon of coconut oil.
