Thing is AJ, the mercury tends to concentrate in your intestinal tract with candida, which could be part of the problems you've had. I know it's been a part of my issues. Not saying for certain this is the case, but it's something to consider. Also, find someone knowledgeable about detoxing mercury if your numbers are high, or PM me and I'll tell you what I've been doing. You might have to be very, very, careful before starting any sort of chelation program, especially if you have digestive issues like you do. Again, we can keep in contact if you are interested.

Oh, also, about 5 or so years ago, I figured out I'm allergic to wheat... That would also affect my digestive system in a big way.

I'm really enjoying the Himalayan Pink salt. Gives food the flavor I like without tasting too salty. I don't even use regular salt anymore. Kosher and Himalayan pink is it. :)

I've come to this too.. I've even started taking a little tin of our Hawaiian Red with us. Regular table salt seems "sharp" to me now. I'm not sure that defines it right, but it's the only word that works.
