What vitamins do you regularly take?
These posts in the tetanus shot thread got me wondering:

Apparently it takes a while to get into your system and when I was checked the next year my level had just barely eked into the normal range. He told me I could decrease it and just take it every other day. Guess I skipped more days than I thought because when I was rechecked a few weeks ago it slipped a little under again.
So, what vitamins do you take either daily or often? Currently I take a good Multi vitamin with minerals, Vit D 1,000 units, Vit C 500mg and Coenzyme Q10 10mg ...not always daily but I try for a few times during the week.

Krys....you really have to take vitamins everyday if you want any benefit.
As for me, I take way too many to list.

I'll admit to taking Viactiv™ a couple of times a week.
It's a caramel chew that contains Vitamins D and K and Calcium.
I take it because I don't get out in the sun much at all, and the inhaler I use leeches calcium from my bones.
