I use to take Viactiv until I decided to go the whole food route. They taste really good.

Taking magnesium makes a big difference for me, especially when it comes to muscle cramps.

I drink a supplement made from moringa oleifera, the most nutrition dense plant on the planet, with over 90 measurable nutrients.
The only thing it doesn't deliver is enough Vit. D3, which I take in a gelcap form made with non GMO oil.
It's formulated in a powder form which I mix with Water the night before, let it steep in the frig overnight and then drink in 2-3 servings about 20-30 min before meals. It's completely bioavailable and all nutrients are absorbed in the stomach straight into the bloodstream. It does not have to digest.
Nutritional info...

4x the Calcium of Milk
3x the Potassium of Bananas
4x the Vitamin A of Carrots

I use to loved Zija. My best friend was a distributor for a couple of years, and she got me into it. Unfortunately when I couldn't convince others to get in the company, I let it go. But it really does work on joint pain.p, as well as other ailments.

Yes, the cans were discontinued some time ago and the Supermix packets that I use contain 2x the moringa for the same price.
There are 3 kinds of drink powder.
Smartmix. They changed the formula a couple years ago and lost a lot of customers because it didn't seem to work the same as the original.
Supermix which is 2x the Moringa as the original formula Smartmix.
XM+ which has the same amount of moringa as Supermix plus ingredients to give added energy.
I guess I should put my website in the "Endeavors" thread.

Almost everyone is very deficient in magnesium, vit D3, and iodine. All are absolutely critical, but most people do not understand how absolutely critical they all are. I've been supplementing 800-1000 mgs of magnesium for many years and it makes a big difference. An Italian researcher found that where magnesium was deficient in the soil or food supply in certain parts of Italy, cancer rates went up dramatically. I thought that was interesting. Iodine deficiency is directly linked to estrogen-driven breast cancers.
I consider vit D3 a "desert island" product, and the other two right behind. What those 3 critical nutrients do to our RNA and DNA, immunity, heart health (magnesium....completely relaxes the blood vessels and nerves in our bodies), cancer prevention, etc......is astonishing. And the average doctor doesn't even know this.

Yup...good stuff. Been supplementing magnesium for years. It's really pretty cheap.
