Is truvia healthy?
I read the ingredients before I began using it and I'm comfortable with it since it's made from the Stevia plant and not in a laboratory.

If I'm away from home and don't have any Stevia or Truvia with me, I use sugar, but very little. I keep organic sugar at home for baking, but since I'm going low carb, maybe for life, I'll probably be giving it away.

I have about 4 stevia types I rotate.
I really like it and haven't found any after taste.
I read something negative about Truvia too.. but I can't remember! If I stumble on it again, I'll post it.
btw, VW, love, Love, LOVE your avatar pic!

It's all good. I believe Dr. Davis (creator of the Wheat Belly Detox program) about Truvia being safe. I also use Monk Fruit & Stevia. It can't be worse than the artificial sweeteners.
