I read the ingredients before I began using it and I'm comfortable with it since it's made from the Stevia plant and not in a laboratory.

To this day I believe artificial sweeteners in diet soda killed my aunt (cancer). I had warned her, but she fluffed me off. I believe folks should use what works for them, so long as they're informed.

I used Equal & Splenda in the early 2000's until I was introduced to Stevia. I haven't looked back since. If I were to go artificial (I'm not) though, my choice would be sweet'n low. My mom used it for decades, and she's still here.

If I'm away from home and don't have any Stevia or Truvia with me, I use sugar, but very little. I keep organic sugar at home for baking, but since I'm going low carb, maybe for life, I'll probably be giving it away.

I have about 4 stevia types I rotate.

I really like it and haven't found any after taste.

I read something negative about Truvia too.. but I can't remember! If I stumble on it again, I'll post it.

btw, VW, love, Love, LOVE your avatar pic!

    Thanks Femme!

It's all good. I believe Dr. Davis (creator of the Wheat Belly Detox program) about Truvia being safe. I also use Monk Fruit & Stevia. It can't be worse than the artificial sweeteners.
