I use a cup of vinegar in with my towels from time to time. It makes them stay fluffy and soft..

I find putting it in the washing machine also helps cut the soap residue. I clean the shower with a mixture of vinegar, water and Dawn. It works great! When we quit using bar soap and went to shower gel or Baby Wash, we quit getting all the dreaded soap scum.

So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.
If you want the cleanest windows you've ever seen.. use vinegar instead of windex...use newspaper instead of paper towels.
BTW, vinegar is a mild acid, that's why it works so well as a cleaner.
one more...Put a big splash in your dishwasher to de-film your glasses.

Are there any precautions to take? As in will it cause colors to fade or spot certain fabrics like bleach does? Hmm, can it be used with bleach?
